When you hire us to clean your exterior windows, first the glass is cleaned with a proprietary soap solution that cuts dirt and also protects your windows from rain and elements after the cleaning. The windows are then scraped to remove mold spores, bird droppings, and any other dirt that remains. The glass is squeegeed and then finally the sill is wiped with a damp sponge and a dry cloth.
Small panes of glass are often difficult to clean with a mop and squeegee. Instead, we use a 0000 grade steel wool that buffs away the surface dirt and leaves the glass shining.
A gutter cleaning includes removing all debris from inside the gutters. We also bag and haul away everything that is removed.
Downspouts are snake as a part of a gutter cleaning.
